Our staff is comprised of tenured industry professionals, who know what they’re doing. We have done over a thousand successful events, and are trusted by some of the finest Venues and Caterers to be their exclusive Bar Service. But the real reason to use our service is that we strive to make your event hassle and stress free. When you use us, you will have the peace of mind of not worrying about any of our fabulous services on your special day.
How do I set up an event?
For Real Bartenders is here to help you every step of the way. First, fill out the forms on our Contact Us page with your event information. Include date, start and stop times, number of guests, venue/location, and your desired services.. Check out the pricing page for our complete services and pricing. After we receive your e-mail with the event information we will send you a rough quote invoice for you to review. After we finalize your quote by making sure you have exactly what you need for your event, clients send a non-refundable half payment to For Real Bartenders to reserve the date. One week prior the second half is due, to confirm services. The client may always change items on invoice until one week prior, in case of changes in plans.

We have been in the industry for over 25 years and have been in the private sector since 2008. Every one of our clients have been happy with our service and comment on how stress free they felt. For Real Bartenders carries a $2,000,000 liquor liability insurance policy and a $1,000,000 aggregate policy, which many venues require. For Real Bartenders is the preferred Bar Service for Luce Loft, Key's Creek Lavender Farm, Surfside Cuisine Catering, and Toast Catering. Marina Village, amongst others. We have performed events and know just about every venue in San Diego. Pete and Tony, the owners, are both 3rd generation San Diegan's born and raised in this wonderful city.
